1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 0–24 hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. If you'd like your order delivered somewhere not listed here, email us at contact@selure-wear.shop and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates and begin once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center:

Shipping times do not include customs processing or clearance delays, which are outside of our control. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine's Day.
4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after you first receive it. If you haven't received a tracking number, or it isn't updating, email us at contact@selure-wear.shop and we'll look into it right away.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@selure-wear.shop. If the order has already shipped, we'll do our best to help correct the delivery, but we cannot guarantee a change once an order is in transit.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, though we're happy to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Adding shipping protection at checkout, where available, can help cover these situations.
