Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how our return and refund process works.

1. Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 60 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at contact@selure-wear.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. To cancel, email us immediately at contact@selure-wear.shop. Once an order has moved into processing, we may not be able to cancel it, but you may still be eligible to return it once received.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@selure-wear.shop with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately, once your return has been approved.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
